Exodus: Unfortunately, due to an unreasonably high increase in rent, many of the people and businesses that make up The Docks have either left or will be leaving soon. The occupants who are being forced out as a result of the rent increase (nearly double) are: Balinskas Architectural Imports, Burrow Studio, Crucible Design, Robert Derr, Exhibit Design Group Incorporated, and gallery 3.
